KEEP YOUR GLASSES AWAY FROM HOT OR COLD STORAGE PLACES, LIKE YOUR CAR. EXTREME WEATHER WILL DAMAGE YOUR LENSES. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR REPLACE THE LENSES IF THEY ARE DAMAGED DUE TO WEATHER EXPOSURE.
IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR GLASSES FROM AN AUTHORIZED BLUE SHARK OPTICS DEALER, CONTACT THEM FOR ANY WARRANTY ISSUES. IF YOU FEEL THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE, CONTACT US.
IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR GLASSES FROM A THIRD PARTY, LIKE AN INDIVIDUAL, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS.
IT HAS BEEN OUR POLICY, FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, TO DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO KEEP OUR CLIENTS HAPPY. FOR PRESCRIPTIONS, IF WE MESS UP, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. THAT MEANS IF THE Rx LENSES THAT YOU RECEIVE ARE NOT MADE EXACTLY AS SPECIFIED IN YOUR PRESCRIPTION, WE WILL MAKE THEM AGAIN. IN THESE CASES, THERE IS A 30-DAY WARRANTY IN EFFECT.
BECAUSE OF THEIR CUSTOM NATURE, WE WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ANY CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS.

YOUR FRAME OUR LENSES

DESPITE OUR BEST EFFORTS AND DILIGENCE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS, A FRAME COULD BE DAMAGED DURING LENS REPLACEMENT. THIS MAY BE DUE TO FRAME QUALITY, AGE, OR AN EXISTENT FISSURE. WE THEREFORE RECOMMEND USING A FRAME THAT IS STILL UNDER MANUFACTURE’S WARRANTY. REGRETTABLY, WE CANNOT REPLACE YOUR FRAME, BUT WE WILL GLADLY REPLACE IT WITH ONE OF YOURS.

WE HAVE A 30- DAY NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED REFUND AND A 30-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY FOR OUR IN-STOCK EYEWEAR
TO EXERCISE EITHER OF THESE OPTIONS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS RETURN OUR GLASSES ALONG WITH A NOTE INFORMING US OF YOUR CHOICE.
NOTE: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT GLASSES THAT WERE DAMAGED WHILE IN YOUR POSSESSION.

IF YOU RETURN YOUR GLASSES, AND HAD ORIGINALLY CHOSEN A SHIPPING METHOD SUCH AS PRIORITY OR EXPRESS, WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR YOUR SHIPPING COSTS. ALSO, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNED ITEM'S SHIPPING COSTS.
