We will make your own Single Vision prescription with our Crystalion-3 formula. We will need your current prescription, with your PD measurement.
Due to the customization nature of this process, we do not offer refunds or make exchanges. We will make the lenses again if our lab does not make your Rx according to your prescription specifications.
