We have a no-questions-asked 30 day Refund, or Exchange warranty. The item must be returned
undamaged. We reserve the right to inspect the item and decline any exchange or refund if said
item is damaged. You may exchange the item for one that is equally priced. If you choose an item
priced higher or lower there will be a price adjustment either on our part or yours. Rx orders are
not included in our full-refund policy.*
Due to wear and tear, as well as possible accidental damage, we will accept the replacement of a
product for a period of up to a year after your purchase. Your replacement cost will be 50% of the
retail price of the new item. The damaged product must be returned to us before we authorize
such a return. Rx orders are not included in our one-year warranty.*
*Due to the customized nature of Rx and lens replacement orders, we do not issue refunds. We will
re-construct the lenses if the Rx is not accurate. We will replace the lenses if they are defective.
