WARRANTY and RETURNS
Pursuant to our superior customer satisfaction policy, we will make every effort to make you happy. The warranties that we have in place are
designed to provide a fair solution to any quality issues that you may experience.  

Our standard warranty includes a 30-day return policy. If the item is returned within 30 days we shall refund your purchase price at your
request. For international orders, we will refund the purchase price, but not the shipping charge. This warranty does not cover any damages
that occur during your possession of the item. We reserve the right to inspect the returned item and decline the refund if any damage has
occurred at the time of your possession. We do inspect each item prior to shipping, and we will not send any of our products unless they
pass such an inspection. Rx orders are not included in this warranty. Please see our policy at the bottom of this page for details.

We also have a free 30-day exchange policy. If for any reason you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the item
within 30 days and we will exchange it for another one, of equal or less value, at no additional cost to you. For international orders, there will
be an additional shipping charge. The item must be returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to inspect the item and decline the
exchange if the item is damaged. For Rx orders, please see our policy at the bottom of this page.

Our One-Year Replacement Policy: Due to wear and tear, as well as possible accidental damage, we will accept the replacement of a product
for a period of up to a year after your purchase. Your replacement cost will be 50% of the retail price of the new item. The damaged product
must be returned to us before we authorize such a return. Upon the return, we will issue a coupon that will allow you to purchase any new
model for 50% of our retail price. Rx orders are
not included in our replacement policy.

Our Lifetime Replacement Policy: After a year from purchase, we will replace your glasses, for any reason, at any time, for 65% of the retail
price of your new glasses. You do not have to return the old glasses. Please contact us and we will  issue a coupon that will allow you to
purchase a new model for 65% of retail price. Rx orders are not included in our replacement policy.

We do not charge shipping (within the United States), handling, re-stocking, or any other "fees".

contact us for further details.
Please note that due to the custom process involved in the creation of The Rx Angel Shark and The Rx River Shark, we will not
offer any warranties or exchanges, other than those mentioned here,  for these two products. The only exception will be an
exchange if there is a defect with the frames. In such case, we will replace the frame at no cost to you if you notify us and
return the product within 30 days after you receive the eyewear. Therefore, we strongly suggest that your prescription formula
is current. Our optical lab will make the lenses based on the exact prescription that you will provide, and if such prescription is
not current or accurate, Blue Shark Optics, will not assume liability. In such cases, there will be no refunds or exchanges. We
will also not assume any responsibility for damage to the lenses, of any kind, that occurs when you ship our product back to
us. If you receive a product with damaged lenses, please notify us within 30 days, return the product, and we will replace the
product at no cost to you.
