We have a no-questions asked 30 day Refund, or Exchange warranty. The
item must be returned undamaged. We reserve the right to inspect the item
and decline any exchange or refund if said item is damaged. You may
exchange the item for one that is equally priced. If you choose an item priced
higher or lower there will be a price adjustment either on our part or yours.
Due to wear and tear, as well as possible accidental damage, we will accept
the replacement of a product for a period of up to a year after your purchase.
Your replacement cost will be 50% of the retail price of the new item. The
damaged product must be returned to us before we authorize such a return.
Rx orders are not included in our replacement policy.
Ok, not quite as much as a warranty as a client-retention policy! After a year
from purchase, we will replace your glasses, for any reason, at any time, for
65% of the retail price of your new glasses. You do not have to return the old
glasses. Rx orders are not included in our replacement policy.
