For Prescription orders, you can either choose one of our frames or send to us your frame and your Rx. Using your frame is
suggested due to the fact that you will know that the frame will fit you and is comfortable for you. Since you will be spending a
significant amount for your glasses, we want to make certain that they will fit you.

Please consult with your optician regarding the compatibility of the frames you have chosen with your lens construction
requirements. We can make a lens with an up to 8 curvature but it must fit the frame you have chosen. If it is a metal frame, the
lenses must be attached to the frame with screws. Your optician can assist you with this issue.

Special promotion: The Humberto Brenes Signature Edition is ideal for both Progressive and Single Vision prescriptions. If you prefer
this option, you may purchase the frame for only $59.00. Order this frame below.

If you purchase one of our frames, and order the Progressive Rx, we will send the frame to you so that you can get the Segment
Height from your optician. Segment Height and PD measurements are required for the completion of your order.
